1. Returns

You may return physical products within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

Returns must be approved before shipping items back.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Informational/awareness listings (non-physical products)


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We replace defective or damaged items at no extra cost.


5. How to Request a Return

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the item is damaged

We will provide return instructions once approved.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

Please allow your bank or card issuer processing time. If delays persist, contact your provider.
